Hi!! My name is Emma, but in most places you can find me under the name RotomAmiti. I am a trans woman in her late 20s, and this is my little corner of the internet. This site is mostly meant to be a link to my projects, and it's also something of a testing grounds for my beginnings in web development.
I really like video games! I guess that's pretty typical... Here's some of my favorites:
I'd say I'm a variety gamer overall, though. I have an extensive Backloggery page that keeps track of my game clearing. I also enjoy watching speedruns and fighting games, but I don't really dabble in either myself.
Getting a bit more specific, I'd say Pokémon and Fire Emblem are my special-est interests. The two series are the ones I most often engage with outside of simply playing, and I'll talk more about them below. Here's my favorites from each:
I tend to prefer artificial Pokémon, with my favorite types being Ghost and Steel.
I really like fliers, especially pegasus knights.
I think most people probably recognize me as the person behind RotomAmiti's Cameo Pokémon Card Database, a Google Docs spreadsheet that's gotten fairly popular over on Reddit. As the name implies, it is a database of Pokémon Trading Card Game cards that feature artwork of Pokémon that are not the main subject of the card. The spreadsheet has been a labor of love dating back to my unemployment arc of early 2023. I get invaluable tips from users all the time to help fill it out, and I cannot thank them enough. That said, it has mostly just been me staring at new cards as they come out and going, "Huh, there's a Pikachu hiding in that one. Neat." I may be primarily a collector, but I also like playing the TCG! As of writing, I went 4-1 for second place at my local store just last weekend playing a Cynthia's Garchomp ex deck.
Also in 2023, I started seriously editing Bulbapedia, a website I've used since like, 2007. To my surprise, in 2025, I was offered (and accepted!) a position as a Junior Administrator on the site. It's definitely an honor to be staff on such a cornerstone of Pokémon fandom culture, and I still have some impostor syndrome about it.
Switching fandoms and travelling back to 2017, I am the current owner of the Fire Emblem Compendium. The FE Compendium is a Discord server and defunct website where the Fire Emblem fan community drew each and every Fire Emblem character in existence. One of the main reasons I'm making the site you're looking at is to learn what it takes to bring the old FEC website and gallery back online. We still hold yearly Secret Santa events, but the community has mostly been quiet these past few years.
